Physical Therapy
With a thorough evaluation to start, VRPF will be able to assess, analyze, and determine areas of dysfunction and primary causes of pain that are keeping you from reaching your running goals. We will complete a full, video running analysis to break down step by step mechanics and contributors to your pain. We know every runner is different and the best way to get our patients back to their healthiest and pushing to their greatest goals is with a unique and specific treatment plan tailored to their exact movement system!
Coaching
Wanting to get into running or strength training and don’t know where to start? Let VRPF help pave the way for you. With hand written programs or a more intensive 1:1 coaching program we can help teach you the basics and provide you with the tools to succeed and enjoy your journey every step of the way.

Dry needling is an excellent tool to help with muscle recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention of further injury.

VRPF offers 1:1 coaching with weekly workouts and training runs to help you cross the finish line at your next race! You will have unlimited access to Victoria for any bits of advice or feedback needed as well as unique and tailored programming specifically created based off your progress and goals!
